 This collage, from the Reception in the Great Hall prior to the World Premiere is made up of shots extracted from footage captured with a hand held digital video camera. My guests were greeted with Champagne, canapés, tours of the palace, and chamber music performed by the Angelique String Quartet, seen best in the photo at the lower left corner. I was pleased to discover we had some photos of these ladies, who played during the reception, intermission and banquet, too. I finally did hear them play at the banquet and can attest to their superb musicianship, but sadly, before I could meet them, like so many Cinderellas, they all disappeared! |
